Are you currently working or would you like to work without losing your Medicaid benefits? Would you like to save more money and keep your benefits? Are you presently paying a spenddown and would rather pay a premium for healthcare coverage? If you answered yes, the Medicaid Buy-In Program for Working People with Disabilities may be the choice for you! To be Eligible You Must:

Have a disability as defined by the Social Security Administration
Be between the ages of 16-64
Have a gross income that may be at or below $46,170 for an individual or $61,870 for a couple (as of January 1, 2003)
Have countable resources at or below $10,000
